Position Summary As a Cardiopulmonary Educator with CVS Health, you
will have the opportunity to use your clinical skills to be an
educator to your patients and their caregivers, helping them
understand their complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)
therapies by providing infusion training and clinical support. This
is a direct-hire, full-time position. In this role you will:
Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy
operations and the sales team to coordinate the patient’s plan of
care. Work within a highly specialized area of nursing and enjoy
the autonomy that comes from working within a home care service.
Assist patients who are initiating or transitioning to infused or
inhaled therapies for PAH. Develop deep relationships with patients
and caregivers in a one-on-one setting. Have excellent written and
verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in
order to interact with key partners Participate in the on-call
rotation for weekend coverage approximately once every 4-6 weeks.
Travel: Travel will be via car and airplane to see patients,
support our sales team, and for training as needed. Can anticipate
working from home approximately 40-50% of the time. Approximately
50-60% of the time you will visit patients within about a 2-3 hour
drive of Greensboro and Winstron Salem. But will need to have the
flexibility to travel by plane to other East Coast states as needed
(mostly when participating in the on-call rotation once every 4-6
weeks). Candidates must reside within one hour of Piedmont Triad
International Airport Overnight travel is a possibility,
especiatlly when on-call once every 4-6 weeks. ?You will have a

special RNs who not only possess strong clinical expertise with
creative ideas but who also have the kind of deep compassion and
sensitivity it takes to treat people in their homes. Registered
Nurse, RN, Infusion, Infusion Therapy, Pulmonary, Cardiology, PAH,
Central Venous Catheters, Groshong/Hickman, Travel, Travel Nurse,
IV Team, ER, ICU, Home Infusion, Transplant, CRNI, Oncology,
Cardiovascular, Vascular Access Required Qualifications : Must live
within one hour of Piedmont Triad International airport. Registered
Nurse with a current unrestricted license in the state of NC with
ability to obtain additional licensure for multi-state service area
Two years of experience in a critical care or acute care hospital
setting providing high-tech infusions, or two years of high-tech
home infusion experience. Participate in the on call rotation as
determined by staffing and business needs Ability to build positive
business relationships with all levels of medical/clinical
personnel. Ability to travel as noted in the position summary and
as business needs require. Have and maintain current CPR
certification. Possess a valid and current driver’s license and
auto insurance Preferred Qualifications : Experience in caring for
patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension – PAH is great, but
not required Home healthcare and pediatric experience is preferred,
but not required CRNI certification is preferred, but not required
Education : RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The
typical pay range for this role is: $54,095.00 - $116,760.00 This
pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time
salary for all positions in the job grade within which this
position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a
variety of factors including experience, education, geography and
other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health
bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to
