Job Description Seeking a full-time BE/BC Occupational and
Environmental Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our
established Occupational Medicine team just east of Champaign, IL.
Highlights: Join an established department with case coordinators,
occupational health nurses and drug/alcohol coordinators The
department offers a variety of business health services that focus
on prevention including workers' compensation, medical
surveillance, DOT, and employer services Reasonable volume and
well-paced environment; work 5 days per week in our office Newly
built, 152,000 sq. ft. modern facility the provides multispecialty
healthcare services The department works closely with all
supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists,
Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery,
Wound Care specialists and Neurosurgery Opportunity for academic
and/or research affiliation Compensation/Benefits: The compensation
range for this position is $270k - $290k Health/dental/life
insurance 403-B plan with employer match Short and long-term
disability Relocation allowance Paid malpractice insurance with
tail insurance covered Public service loan forgiveness eligibility
