We run 5 OR until 3pm, then go down to 3 until 5pm. After that the call crew takes over. Our services are general, OB/gyn with c-sections, Ortho (lots of total joints), peds ortho, ophthalmology, vascular, urology, pulmonology (bronchs). Special Equipment : Mako robot Tier1 Travel Compliance SSN should be included under the traveler profile upon submission DOB should be included under the traveler profile upon submission RTO must be included on the cover page at time of submission (For OR RTO must be kept to 5 days or less) Only 1 submission needed per specialty please specify if traveler is open to shift Willing to consider travelers with 1 year of experience Valid State or Compact License required at time of submission No set mileage restriction - but prefers candidates that aren t local Two professional references completed within two years of current date must be completed by someone who worked with candidate in supervisory capacity Local Radius: 50 miles Locals Accepted at lower rate Candidates will float within hospital as needed Copy of Nursys required at time of submission pulled within the last 7 days EPIC experience is strongly preferred (required for ER) please indicate last facility candidate used EPIC Will accept candidates with background hits (only minor infractions)? Return Staff Policy must be gone 1 year and still in good standing (will not allow them to return if they are local) Copy of covid vaccination card required at submission.
