Required Skills: Valid North Carolina Medical License Enrolled and credentialed in Medicard Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient assessments daily Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Reliability in adhering to scheduled hours and protocols Nice to Have Skills: Experience in home health care or chronic disease management Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS Knowledge of healthcare billing and documentation procedures Fluency in Spanish or other languages preferred Preferred Education and Experience: Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in North Carolina Minimum of 2 years' experience in family practice or similar outpatient settings Prior experience conducting home health assessments is advantageous Other Requirements: Ability to travel within designated counties (Mecklenburg or Wake County) Reliable transportation for home visits Completion of 1-3 hours of paid orientation; ongoing education to be completed during downtime Must be available for full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week) schedules, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated Nurse Practitioners to expand their impact while enjoying competitive compensation at $95.48 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a committed team.
