Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Greensboro, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,009 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/17/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Current and valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required; TNCC preferred Must-Have: Charge RN experience preferred Epic charting system experience required Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse to work in the Emergency Room. The nurse will be responsible for performing in a fast-paced environment. The schedule consists of 3 twelve-hour night shifts each week. Flexibility with scheduling is essential, including weekends and holidays as needed. Traveling nurses may float between different campuses if required. Patient ratios will be 1:4. The average daily census is approximately 75 patients. Experience in triage, phlebotomy, and starting/maintaining IVs is necessary. Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias is a key responsibility. The nurse will also be involved in trauma care and support for a variety of patient diagnoses. In addition, proficiency in managing various emergency department procedures and protocols is expected. Compliance with all qualifications and requirements is mandatory.
