We're hiring experienced Therapist-OT-Occupational Therapist for a
13-week contract in Wytheville, Virginia — earn up to ($2110 -
$2221 per week) while providing essential care at a leading

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in
various settings. Develop personalized treatment plans based on
client assessments and goals. Engage in continuous professional
development and training opportunities. Achieve performance targets
and contribute to team success metrics. Monitor and document client
progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes. Utilize
evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and
outcomes. Maintain high visibility of work activities and results
for accountability. Conduct assessments to evaluate client needs
and therapy effectiveness. Educate clients and families on therapy
processes and home exercises. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the
diverse needs of clients. Participate in regular team meetings to
discuss client progress and strategies. Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Proven experience in occupational therapy with diverse client
populations. Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based
on assessments. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in
occupational therapy. Strong communication skills to educate
clients and families effectively. Strong documentation skills for
monitoring client progress and outcomes. Ability to adapt therapy
techniques to meet diverse client needs. Experience working in
