Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Cornelius, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,991 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Cornelius, North Carolina, 28031! Job Title: RN - OR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 26 Weeks Shift: 10 Hour Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 3 years of acute operating room experience License: Required nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and other relevant certifications Must-Have: Experience with specified patient types, ability to circulate and scrub, comfort working independently Description: RN - OR position available. Facility has 33 beds with a focus on adult patients and some pediatric ENT cases. Common procedures include general surgeries, GYN, orthopedic surgeries, and urology. Experience with robotics is preferred but not required. All RNs will be expected to circulate and support surgical techs. RNs must be comfortable working independently as the only RN on callback. Schedule includes one weeknight call per week and every fifth weekend. Holiday expectations require RNs to be on call for 50% of holidays. A leader is always available by phone after hours for support. The unit consists of 5-6 RNs and 4-5 surgical techs during the day, with 24/7 anesthesiologist and hospitalist coverage. EMR system used is Epic, which is required for this position.
