Location: Winston Salem, NC Assignment: 13 Weeks | Night 3x12-Hour Guaranteed Hours: 36 Pay Package: Gross: $ 2,116.00 /Week Taxable: $ 954 /Week Tax-Free Stipend: $ 1,162 /Week Requirements Experience : 2 year(s) Charting : Preferred, Epic ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Weekend Requirement : EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. Skills : Must have experience with arterial lines and titrating vasoactive drips PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams IV insulin protocols, Blood Product Administration Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line managemen Heparin Protocols, CVA, Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy Management, Isolation Precautions Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance coverage, plus 401(k) retirement plan.
