Job Description Job Description S&H Youth And Adult Services (SHYAS) is looking to hire 4Full-time female residential counselors and 4 Part-time female residential counselors to staff our new residential treatment facility in Concord NC. SHYAS CARES Residential Recovery Support Specialist (residential counselors) are salaried employees who receive the following benefits: Salary that ranges between $33,280 - $36,400. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401K Retirement plan Paid time off Free Clinical Supervision for NC Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board Credentialing (LCAS, CCS, CADC, CSAPC, CJAP) valued at $2,160.00 2 Full time position 8:30Am to 8:30pm two days on two days off 2 Full time positions 8:30pm to 8:30am two days on two days off 4 Part time positions to work varying shifts as floaters Responsibilities S&H Youth and Adult Services Residential Recovery Support Specialist (Residential Counselors) are responsible for: Provide residential supports to female SUD recovery participants. Facilitate recovery skills group counseling and education sessions to assist clients in meeting therapeutic goals Conducting individual counseling to provide crises intervention, support & guidance, and address client behaviors and personal problems in the residential facility. Accompany participants to self-help groups in the community. Documenting participants' progress and responses to services.
