ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/03/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Cardiac Tele Job Details: • Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Every other weekend required with holidays as needed • Patient ratio of 5:1 for days, nights, and weekends • Floating required as needed to other units or campuses • Minimum 2 years of experience required - first time travelers accepted • Cardiac telemetry experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS • Must pass mandatory EKG exam during compliance (2 attempts allowed) • Epic charting system experience required • 24 hours of orientation provided • Focus on cardiac patients including Congestive Heart Failure, rule-out myocardial infarction, Acute Coronary Syndrome, and Arrhythmias • Secondary focus on respiratory problems such as COPD and pneumonia • Care for patients with diagnoses including Heart Failure, Respiratory Failure, NSTEMI, COPD, and Pneumonia • Skills include pre/post cardiac cath care, IV insulin protocols, titration of cardiac drips, high flow nasal cannula, telemetry monitoring, and dysrhythmia interpretation • Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences • Compliance deadline is 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date • Local radius restriction of 50 miles Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive cardiac telemetry unit with 30 beds serving a daily census of approximately 30 patients. The facility provides specialized cardiac care with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and various other support services.
