nursing. This contract position is based in Lincolnton, NC,

environment caring for a diverse patient population. Qualifications
and Experience: - Minimum of 18 months experience as a PCU or
stepdown RN - Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS
certification preferred - Proficient in cardiac rhythm
interpretation, managing cardiac drips, tracheostomy care, chest
tube management, administration of blood products, and wound
care/dressing changes - Skilled in central line maintenance and
monitoring - Comfortable working with patients experiencing CHF,
dysrhythmias, chest pain, stroke, respiratory illnesses, diabetes,
renal issues, alcohol withdrawal, and IV drug abuse complications
Location:Situated in Lincolnton, NC, this role offers a fulfilling

surroundings. Responsibilities and Duties: - Provide nursing care
to a maximum patient ratio of 1:4 (potentially 1:5 based on acuity)
- Collaborate closely with charge nurses, CNAs, phlebotomists,
respiratory therapists, hospitalists, and intensivists available
24/7 - Utilize EMR systems including EPIC and advanced monitoring
equipment such as Phillips monitors and Alaris IV pumps -
Participate in weekend rotations every other week and contribute
during major holidays (working approximately 75% of holiday
periods) - Float within the regional network as needed, with travel
time compensated Schedule/Hours: - Weekend rotation every other
week - No on-call obligations - Holiday coverage expectations at
approximately 75% - PTO available with Return Time Off (RTO) policy
permitting up to 6 days off with contract adjustments as needed
