ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/24/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Every other weekend schedule with holidays as needed • 6:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends • Float required when census is down across all Cone Health facilities • 48 hours of orientation provided • Minimum 2 years of experience required (first time travelers accepted) • BLS certification required • Must pass an EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed) • EPIC charting system experience required • Previous Charge RN experience preferred • Care for observation patients, respiratory conditions, general medical surgical diagnoses, palliative/end of life/hospice patients, psychiatric observation, diabetes patients, and surgical patients • Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary • 30-bed unit with daily census of 16 patients • Adult and geriatric patient population • Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences • Local radius requirement: 50 miles minimum • All modules completed during orientation are non-billable and average 2-4 hours Facility: This healthcare organization operates as a comprehensive medical system providing acute care services across multiple campuses.
