Surg/Telemetry RN – Virginia Start Date: February 16, 2026
Location: Pulaski, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Every other weekend and some
holidays; floating as needed based on census Highlights: 36-bed Med
Surg/Telemetry unit with 5:1 patient ratios and acuity-based
assignments Cardiac, medical, and surgical patient population with
diverse case mix Modern equipment including Stryker beds, vein
finders, new vital sign machines, and phones with headsets for
seamless communication Award-winning unit with recognition for
performing in the top 10 percent company-wide Meditech
documentation system with daily huddle participation and hourly
rounding protocols Pathway-designated facility with strong support
staff including monitor techs and nursing assistants Requirements:
Active RN license in Virginia or compact state eligibility Current
BLS and ACLS certifications required Med Surg and/or Telemetry
experience preferred Ability to float to other units as needed
