You will be a key contributor within an interdisciplinary team,

comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
of nursing care. Responsibilities include: - Coordinating and
delivering patient care using the nursing process tailored to
complex, multifaceted health conditions - Conducting patient
assessments that incorporate physical, psychosocial, safety, and
educational needs - Collaborating with patients, families, and the
healthcare team to develop and update individualized care plans -
Utilizing evidence-based practices and participating in ongoing
