Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active
registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. A nursing opportunity is available for an
experienced RN skilled in stepdown care, with confidence in
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and MedSurg settings. This contract
position is located in Martinsville, IN, and offers flexibility
with 12-hour night shifts, typically scheduled as 3 shifts per week
from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Minimum of 18 months nursing experience, including PCU and MedSurg
familiarity Current ACLS and BCLS certifications required; NIH
certification preferred Comfortable managing dysrhythmias and
post-cardiac surgery care Experience with arterial line management,
central/PICC line care, and titration of cardiac and vasoactive
drips Preferred skills: Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, ventricular
assist devices, ventilator management, and prior charge nurse
experience Ability to work every other weekend and 2 out of 3 major
holidays Pending license holders welcome but must obtain Indiana,
compact, and/or temporary license prior to start Responsibilities:
Provide competent care across PCU and MedSurg units, including
cardiovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, cardiology, endocrine,
and oncology populations Manage specialized procedures including
TAVR, SAVR, CABG, and transcatheter aortic valve implantation
Administer blood products and care for ventilated patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and float within scope to
meet unit needs Location Details: Martinsville, Indiana, offers a
