X-Ray Tech Location: Raleigh, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,175 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Profession: Technologist Specialty: Mobile X-Ray Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Days M-F Hours per Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active Driver's License Certifications: ARRT Must-Have: ARRT Certification Description: Serves over 7,500 care facilities nationwide. Job security is provided within a great team environment. Role includes providing mobile X-Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to nursing homes and various healthcare facilities. Tasks include performing and processing X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment. Submit and transmit X-Rays to a Radiologist for interpretation. Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams. Obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images. Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation when required. Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol. Communicate regularly with dispatch and management. Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. Maintain the vehicle and X-Ray equipment. Physical demands include pushing/pulling anywhere from 50 to 100 lbs. Weight can be reduced with the use of vehicle ramps and pulleys. When moving equipment in a facility or home, the weight can increase. 50 lbs of force or more can occur 16 to 24 times a day.
