Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Case Management Profession:
RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift
Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years in a
hospital setting License: Valid state nursing license
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Description: Seeking a
registered nurse specializing in case management. Proficiency in
Midas, Careport, and Meditech is required. Experience with EMT or
CM software is necessary. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years
of experience in a hospital setting. Ability to perform discharge
planning and Interqual reviews is essential. Strong skills in DC
planning and post-acute referrals are needed. Self-motivated
individuals who can complete work timely will fit well. A team
player is important to support overall unit workflow. No floating
or on-call requirements are expected. Weekend coverage is optional.
Dress code includes navy scrubs or business casual attire, with a
