provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Monday through Friday,
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Highlights: 8-week assignment with potential
extension to 12 weeks based on census Home health setting covering
the Greensboro and High Point area Case management role with
dedicated caseload Mileage reimbursement provided at federal rate
HomeCare HomeBase charting system experience preferred Weekday
schedule with no inpatient hospital duties Requirements: Active
North Carolina RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Minimum 1 year of home health case management experience required
Previous travel nursing experience required HomeCare HomeBase
(HCHB) charting system experience required Valid driver's license
and reliable personal vehicle for community travel Two supervisory
