Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,687 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28204! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required License: NC or Compact License Required Certifications: BCLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Management of dysrhythmias Description: RTO after booking is not allowed. Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly result in a cancellation. The unit will accept 1st-time travelers. Locals are accepted with a rate difference. Ratios are 5:1, with the possibility to run 1 over grid to 6:1. 36 hours can be offered within the contract. Floating may be required as needed within the service line. Weekend requirement is 3 weekends (total of 6 weekend shifts between Saturday and Sundays) every 6 weeks. The patient population includes pulmonary, general medical, patients with longer length of stay, trach patients, COPD, and Asthma. The unit takes trachs, chest tubes, and patients on CPAP/BIPAP; no vents are managed. Practices will require usage of EPIC and SBAR for documentation. Scrubs are not provided; navy blue and white combinations are required. Candidates must be comfortable floating based on job description without restrictions. Candidates are encouraged to work 2 out of 3 major holidays. No time off will be allowed during the first week of the traveler’s assignment.
