This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care as you collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver treatment that improves patient mobility, alleviates pain, and prevents or limits permanent physical disabilities. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, driven, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to design and administer therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs. Assess patient condition by reviewing medical history and evaluating physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement tailored physical therapy treatment plans. Document patient care services by recording and updating medical records. Maintain patient and confidential hospital information following federal, state, and local legal guidelines. Educate patients and family members about proper physical therapy strategies and support needed at home. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Stay current with the latest physical therapy practices and technologies. Expertise in therapeutic procedures and exercises Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical workload and manual dexterity Proficiency in using physical therapy software and equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapist license CPR and First Aid certification APTA or similar certification preferred
