with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Rehab RN in
Salem, Virginia, 24153! Job Opportunity – Inpatient Rehabilitation
Registered Nurse – Virginia Start Date: December 15, 2025 Location:
Salem, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required,
5-7:1 patient ratio on a 35-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
Highlights: Dedicated inpatient rehabilitation unit focused on
functional improvement and patient independence Collaborate with
multi-disciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Occupational
Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiatrist, Physician Assistant, and
Neuropsychologist Comprehensive scope of practice including IV
medication administration, PICC line care, PEG tube management,
trach care, tube feeding, foley catheterization, bladder
irrigation, and blood administration Documentation via Meditech EMR
system Tech support available based on census, typically 2-4 techs
per shift Standard equipment includes vitals machines, Baxter IV
pumps, SCDs, and bladder scanners Requirements: Active Virginia RN
license Current BLS certification Medical/Surgical or Progressive
Care Unit (PCU) experience required Inpatient rehabilitation
experience strongly preferred Adherence to dress code: navy blue or
