We are actively recruiting experienced Physician Assistants (PA) and Nurse Practitioners (NP) for dynamic roles in Family Practice and Urgent Care settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional care to adult and pediatric patients (ages 6 months and up) in urgent and family medicine settings. Manage a full scope of practice, including minor procedures such as I&D, lac repair, and ear irrigation. Independently evaluate and treat patients using Epic EMR with comprehensive documentation. Operate without supervision, collaborating with onsite support staff and supervising physicians. Maintain certification and licensure requirements, including BLS, Board Certification (BC/NCCPA/NP Boards), and state-specific licenses. Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and patient safety standards. Required Skills: Minimum of 12 months of relevant clinical experience in urgent or family care. Proficiency with Epic EMR and experience documenting all patient encounters. Strong soft skills to effectively communicate with patients, support staff, and team members. Ability to see and treat all patients independently, handling a patient load typically averaging 20 cases per day. Certification: Board Certification (BC/NCCPA for PAs, Family NP Certification for NPs), BLS certification. Must be able to work within a 65-mile radius of home residence, supporting multiple locations as needed. Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in procedures such as I&D, lac repair, or minor wound care. Experience managing pediatric and adult populations in urgent care settings. Familiarity with clinic operations and workflow optimization. Preferred Education and Experience: Active DEA registration and up-to-date licenses. At least one year of professional practice in urgent or family medicine. Recent EMR training or proficiency with Epic or similar systems. Other Requirements: Ability to commit to scheduled shifts based on clinic needs. Not eligible for travel reimbursement; support includes mileage within designated support areas. Ability to complete onboarding, EMR training, and clinical interview prior to start.
