position Overview: - Clinic Hours: Mon, Wed Fri 7:30 AM - 5 PM,
Tues and Thurs 7:30 AM - 8:30 PM - Services Offered: Acute
Injuries, Chronic Care Management Episodes (Diabetes, Hypertension,
etc.), EKG/Electrocardiogram, In-house Labs, Preventative Medicine,
Pulse Oximetry and Spirometry and Sick Visits - 2-year income
guarantee of 285k and then base plus wRVU productivity, bonuses
paid out monthly - Sign on bonus - 50k - Relocation - 10k - 3 weeks
PTO, 1-week unpaid time off, 7 paid holidays - 1 week CME with
$6,500 allowance - Call is 1:32 - Comprehensive benefits package to
