Physical Therapist Location: Martinsville, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,440 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health Experience License: Must have license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Recent Home Health experience Description: Home visits are required. Periodic office meetings must be attended. Reliable transportation is necessary. A current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance are required. The average number of patients per day is 5-6. Each type of visit and activity (documentation, travel, etc.) holds a different point value. Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points. If the contractor is unable to meet their financial needs due to low patient census, they should discuss this with the manager. Contractors must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from their home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. The commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Candidates must complete all documentation within 24 hours of the appointment with the patient. Delayed and incomplete documentation that impacts billing and follow-up patient care may result in cancellation. All clinicians must accept every patient on their schedule regardless of distance from previous appointments. Declining patients may also result in cancellation. The expectations are that there are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Clinicians must hit weekly productivity points equating to a full-time schedule. On-call rotations may be required.
