Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10.5 hours Experience: 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: Must have active HWC or CPI certification Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Certification with Handle with Care if possible Description: This position requires active certifications. The facility has various specialized centers including brain, cancer, heart, lung, and surgical services. The Behavioral Health unit comprises a number of beds for adult patients. Patient ratios vary by unit and are designed to ensure adequate care. Common diagnoses treated include schizophrenia, dementia, manic bipolar disorder, psychosis, dual diagnosis, medical detox, depression, and anxiety disorders. Staff will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Required dress code includes any color scrubs.
