Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Lexington, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,306 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Lexington, Virginia, 24450! Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: 2 years of Home Health experience required License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license Certifications: BLS Certification required Must-Have: OASIS and EPIC experience required Proficient in nursing assessment and documentation Description: The Home Health Registered Nurse will work Monday to Friday. The shift hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. The nurse will see 6-7 patients on busy days. Traveling between patients' homes is required. Mileage will be reimbursed. The nurse may float to other offices as needed. The role includes providing care to patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic illness, or needing post-hospitalization care. All requests for time off must be submitted upfront. Requests for time off will only be accommodated if approved by the facility. Travelers are required to work at least one holiday during the 13-week assignment. In winter holidays, travelers must work two holidays. Pending licenses will be accepted only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. All compliance documentation is due prior to the start of the assignment. Previous employees must be gone for a minimum of one year before returning as travelers. The facility does not allow travelers to return after working on assignment for 365 days. Modules must be completed in the first 24 hours. Modules may be done pre-start or during orientation. Hours for modules will vary based on specialty. Completion of modules will be recorded by the facility.
