Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Monday through
Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Highlights: Community-based home care and
hospice nursing with case management responsibilities HomeCare
HomeBase (HCHB) electronic charting system utilized Mileage
reimbursement provided at federal rate for daily travel Monday
through Friday schedule with minimal weekend or holiday coverage
Orientation includes non-billable modules completed within the
first 30 days Opportunity to make a direct impact on patients and
families in their homes Requirements: Active North Carolina RN
license (or temporary/pending license acceptable with confirmation
of licensure prior to start) Minimum 1 year of case management
experience required Previous travel nursing experience required
Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting system required
Must have reliable personal vehicle for community travel throughout
the workday Two supervisory references required Current ARC
