Schedule Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:00), every other weekend rotation, holidays as needed. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency department or urgent care settings, as well as previous charge nurse experience. Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with psychiatric diagnoses, including MDD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance abuse disorders. - Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions. - Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. - Administer medications and monitor patient responses. - Maintain patient safety and uphold legal and ethical standards of care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required. - BLS certification required. - STARR certification required. - Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory. - Candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance.
