ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/16/2025 - Duration: 26 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Every other weekend schedule with holiday rotation required • Float to other units as needed • May serve as Charge RN when required • Must accept 26-week contract commitment (13-week contracts not available) • Patient ratio of 1:6 on all shifts • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required - no first-time travelers accepted • Previous charge experience required • Travel nursing experience required • EPIC charting system experience required • Must pass EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed) • Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS • Clinical responsibilities include blood product administration, peripheral line care management, starting IVs, heparin and insulin administration, PCA management, nasal cannula, isolation precautions • Work with rapid response teams and provide care for adult and geriatric medical/surgical patient population • Must complete compliance requirements by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date • Subject to float to any campus within the health system • Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences • Local candidates within 50-mile radius not accepted Facility: This community hospital is part of a larger health system that provides comprehensive medical and surgical services to the region.
