Title: Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER) Full Location: 1200 N Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401 Shift: Night Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:30AM) Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension) Job ID: 3045907 Key Responsibilities: - Deliver direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Department setting. - Manage 1:4–5 patient ratios depending on staffing and census. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Social Services. - Utilize Epic for documentation and patient management. - Care for a wide range of emergency cases including stroke, cardiac, trauma, and neuro-related conditions. - Participate in a self-scheduling system with weekend rotation. Experience Required: - Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience. - First-time travelers are welcome. - Previous Charge RN and Trauma Level II experience preferred.
