Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MRI Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 11/10/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Position: MRI Technologist Location: Greensboro, NC Contract Length: 13 Weeks Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts (36 hours/week) Shift Details - Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (Monday–Sunday rotation) - Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - May include weekday and weekend shifts based on department needs Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated MRI Technologist to join the imaging team at our Greensboro, NC (Wendover site) location. The ideal candidate will bring strong MRI experience, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care. Experience performing breast biopsies is a plus. Candidates should be proficient with Siemens 1.5T and 3T magnets and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. Qualifications - Education & Certification: - ARRT (MR) certification required - BLS (American Heart Association) required - Experience: - 1–3 years as a radiologic technologist - Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required - Experience with 1.5T and 3T Siemens magnets preferred - Experience performing breast biopsies a plus Responsibilities - Perform MRI scans following established protocols ensuring image quality and patient safety - Assist with breast MRI and biopsy procedures as needed - Operate Siemens MRI equipment (1.5T and 3T systems) - Accurately document procedures in EMR and PACS - Provide professional and empathetic patient interactions “We are an equal opportunity employer.
