Job Description Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/11/2025 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel HIGHLIGHTS: - Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 years - Will not accept first-time travelers due to complexity of patient population and teaching hospital environment - Required Licensure & Certifications: RN: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (Resource Team Requirement) - Floating within the cancer center first, then to any med-surg unit within the hospital - 5 Facility Float Clause - Emergency Only - Weekend rotation: every other - No call - Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays - RTO: can approve up to 7 days, must extend contract to accommodate - Shift times: 0630-1900 (days) or 1830-0700 (nights) - Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks - Skills required: Trach/Lary Care, Surgical Drains (JP, Hemovac, CT, Foley, Ostomy, Urostomy) Central line maintenance, dressing changes, wound vacs; PCA pumps, Epidurals, chest tubes - Heavy Cardio Thoracic (more Thoracic) surgical Premier Medical Staffing Job ID 580126.
