mimicking the function of healthy kidneys. Patients experience
decreased recovery times and a dramatic improvement to their
quality of life. Our nurses are highly trained and have a
specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels
of compassionate care. LOCATIONS: 1150 Northwest Drive,
Charlottesville, VA 22901. Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Joining Saber in 2018, Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is a
180- bed skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care
facility conveniently located near U.S. Route 29 in
Charlottesville, Virginia. Our patients enjoy engaging activities

and crafts, worship services, bible study and bingo. Monroe Health
and Rehabilitation is close to restaurants, shopping and other
