Job Description | Lynchburg, VA About Central Medical Group Anesthesia Services CMG Anesthesia Services located in beautiful Lynchburg, VA, is seeking CRNAs to join our multi-specialty group to provide services at our Centra Lynchburg General Hospital and Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital. Cases include - Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Cath Lab, GYN, Urology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and some Peds & OB. You Can Expect - $230k base YEAR 1, increased base YEAR 2 and 3 - $40k sign-on Bonus - No CALL no NIGHTS - $30K pre-employment stipend, given at $2500/mth for 12 mths prior to start date -SRNAs - Schedule: We offer self-scheduled 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts. Candidates can expect to work one scheduled weekend every 2 months (12 shifts annually). - Care Team Model - 360 beds (LGH) 160 beds (VBH) - Strong relationship with our surgeons. Our surgeons appreciate the Anesthesia team skill set and expertise, which create an excellent work environment. Truly a team-based model. - 3:1 supervision/direction of CRNAs - Case mix at two hospitals (Expected to provide some coverage at both facilities, hospitals are 4 miles apart): - Virginia Baptist: General- mostly bread and butter ambulatory cases, plastics, urology, GYN, peds dental, OB coverage, ophthamology, and ECTs. - Lynchburg General: Level 2 trauma center covering general surgery, interventional cardiology, neurosurgery, vascular, ENT, bariatric surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and electrophysiology procedures. - Cerner EMR What We Offer - $230k base YEAR 1, increased base YEAR 2 and 3 - - $40k Sign On Bonus - $15K Incentive - $175/hr excess hours - Additional Benefits Package will include: - Malpractice with Tail - 403(b) and 457(b) tax deferred savings plan; Immediate vested employer contribution match - Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental) - Incentives - $3500 CME - Excess call pay - Allowable Time off-8 Weeks vacation - Up to $15,000 in relocation - Retention Bonus after year 3 - LEAPP program - Opportunities for leadership and advancement within the Anesthesia department - Strong support from executive leadership including leadership training programs and opportunities to lead the organization to become a zero harm institution - As a nonprofit organization, Centra employees may qualify for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program Required Qualifications - Qualified candidates must possess a master's degree, - Current Virginia licensure, or willingness to transfer - Certified with NBCRNA, ACLS and PALS.
