Position Requirements: Minimum Experience: 5 years of emergency nursing experience Certifications (Required): ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) Handle with Care (available on-site) NIH Stroke Certification PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) EHR Systems: MedHost (ED) and Meditech experience preferred Role Overview: As an ED RN, you will be responsible for delivering expert clinical care to a diverse patient population, responding rapidly to urgent cases, and working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct triage, assessment, and care of patients in emergency situations Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient condition and coordinate with the healthcare team Document care and interventions accurately in MedHost and Meditech EHRs Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory standards
