Virginia with 1 year of recent OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits for
contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider.

$1,900 – $2,086 per week* - 13-week contract - SHC Home Health
Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit - Nurse will have a
designated territory of coverage - Average weekly expectation is 30
units of productivity - Home Health contracts with SHC require
previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits We know

Requirements: - OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience -
Electronic Charting experience - Minimum of 1 year of recent home
health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify) - Current
Virginia RN License - American Heart Association BLS - Valid U.S.
Driver’s License - Estimated weekly payment may include both
taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and
