Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Rehabilitation - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel 3x12s, Nights, 7p -7a Every 3rd Weekend, Holidays as needed. Float required. Minimum 1yr experience. NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS. Acute Care Rehab experience required. *BLS *EPIC *Interpretation of laboratory results, Medication reconciliation, Patient Health Questionnaire History Allergies, Vital Signs - Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse *Dressing Change, Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays *Capillary, Labeling of specimens, Throat, Urine - UA Clean Catch, Phlebotomy *Telephone Triage, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests CVA, TBI, ABI, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological dx, generalized debility.
