You’ll ensure surgical environments are sterile, patients are properly prepped, and surgical teams have the support they need for successful operations. Assist in surgical procedures as a scrub or circulating nurse ~ Monitor patients during surgery and respond to any emergencies ~ Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs ~ Document all intraoperative care and maintain accurate records ~ Ensure equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and available Active RN license (Compact license preferred) ~ Minimum 1–2 years of recent Operating Room experience ~ At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
