Responsibilities:
Your Day-to-Day:
--- Assisting with ortho procedures like placing brackets, wires, taking scans, and aligners
--- Making patients-especially our younger ones-feel at ease and excited about their smile journey
--- Keeping things clean, safe, and running like a well-oiled (but super fun) machine
--- Staying on top of sterilization protocols and patient charts
--- Supporting your teammates and being part of a crew that truly has fun at work

Qualifications:
You'll Fit Right In If You:
--- Have orthodontic assistant experience (or dental assisting experience with a desire to specialize!)
--- Are upbeat, reliable, and love working with people of all ages
--- Know how to keep calm under pressure-and maybe crack a joke while you're at it
--- Can juggle brackets and good vibes
--- Are ready to grow in a supportive, positive environment
