Job Description:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position offering a $1,500
sign-on bonus, competitive wages, excellent benefits, and weekly

Located at 1225 Woodward Ave., Kingsford, MI 49802, with all shifts
available (8 or 12 hours, full-time, part-time, PRN).
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, supervising CNAs,
administering medications, assisting with exams, promoting patient
independence, and ensuring safety and comfort.
Maintain compliance with policies, safety, infection control, and
uphold the facility's core values and dignity of residents.
Requirements: MI LPN license, valid ID, COVID-19
vaccination/exemption, computer skills.
