Job Description:
Provides skilled perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced
surgical setting, maintaining clinical standards and patient
safety.
Performs assessments, monitors vital signs, manages airway and
pain, and responds effectively to emergencies.
Demonstrates knowledge of patient equipment, procedures, and
infection control protocols.
Educates patients and families, respecting cultural and
developmental needs, ensuring confidentiality and comfort.
Maintains professional certification (BLS, ACLS, PALS) and adheres
to policies, safety, and quality standards.
Communicates clearly with team members and patients, providing
compassionate, respectful support and documentation.
Collaborates with colleagues, promotes teamwork, and participates
in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requires Idaho license, BLS, ACLS, PALS; PACU, ICU, or ER
experience preferred; salary ranges from $40.00 to $47.00/hr.
