Job Description:
Join a leading non-profit healthcare team as an Operating Room
Registered Nurse, providing perioperative care in a collaborative
environment.
Casual, day-shift position with responsibilities including
assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of surgical
patients.
Develop individualized care plans, communicate effectively, and
participate in quality improvement activities.
Require MN RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications (within six
months), and preferably 2+ years OR experience or surgical tech
background.
Must handle high-volume, urgent situations, and be available for
call nights, holidays, and weekends.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and patient assessment
skills needed to serve diverse patient populations.
