Job Description:
Primary care physician role focused on building strong patient
relationships and delivering whole person care. Manage 10-15
patients daily with 30-60 minute appointments, supported by a care
team including health coaches. Emphasize outcomes-based,
data-driven population health and preventive care. Provide
evidence-based care, develop personalized biopsychosocial plans,
and ensure comprehensive onsite services. Participate in team
meetings, quality improvement, and after-hours coverage.
Requirements include MD/DO, residency in Family/Internal Medicine,
ABMS board certification, 3+ years of primary care experience,
valid license, and EMR experience. Benefits include competitive
