national accounts (no Medicare/Medicaid).
Travel within the territory to clients' homes is required.

per visit, $100 per evaluation).
Assess, evaluate, develop care plans, and perform visits based on
treatment plans.
Requirements include 1 year of PT experience, valid Minnesota
license, driver--------s license, and CPR certification.
