Job Description:
RN opportunity at CNRVMC in Christiansburg, VA, offering a $15K
sign-on bonus for experienced RNs and $10K for new grads.
As an RN, you will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care,
demonstrating respect, dignity, and empathy in all interactions.
Responsibilities include conducting age-specific assessments,
collaborating with the healthcare team and families, developing and
adjusting interdisciplinary care plans, and accurately
administering treatments and medications using electronic medical
records.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program,
Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR certification, and
computer skills for EMR systems (EPIC). Additional certifications
like ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be needed.
This full-time night shift (7pm-7am) involves rotating weekends and
