Job Description:
Seeking a compassionate RN - Nursing Supervisor to oversee
nursing care and staff during assigned shifts. Responsibilities
include responding to resident needs, supervising nursing
personnel, promoting safety, and possibly serving as Infection
Preventionist. Requirements include a valid RN license, at least 2
years of nursing experience with 1 year in leadership, current
BLS/CPR, and a passion for geriatrics. Key skills involve
problem-solving, empathy, excellent communication, and team
