Job Description:

Pride Health is seeking a Nurse Tech for a long-term patient care setting in Reidsville, NC. This is a clinical non-nursing role. This position may be held by any person holding an active NT listing, or others trained in the healthcare field that allows for them to safely provide support to regular clinical staff.Schedule: 40 hours/week, (M-F)Duration: 12 weeksShift: 3 PM - 11 PM Job Duties:Promotes a safe environment for patients, family, and guests of the hospital during times of extremely high census or service line usageServes all hospital campuses in need of additional clinical supportDelivers excellent customer service while being supportive of patient safety and comfort and by utilizing Relationship Based Care to advocate for safety, patient, and preferencesObtains and records vitals transports patients via wheelchair/stretcher (without EKG monitoring)Bathes, turns, and repositions patientsAssists with ambulation of patientsObtains and removes equipmentAbility to use basic technology/prioritize workQualifications:High School Diploma (GED)Active NT Listing (or similar healthcare training/experience)Must have NAI listing in NC that is in good standing BLS Certification Interested?
