Oversee the development and execution of strategies and plans to achieve Commercial and Financial objectives and direct governance/compliance of processes, policies in day to day operations throughout the organization.
Develop, coordinate and execute strategies, Corporate & Dealer Business Plans, CRM integration, and transactional pricing to achieve Commercial and Financial objectives. Direct governance structure of processes, policies, systems, and legal compliance in day to day operations throughout the organization.
Responsibilities Oversee development, implementation, coordination and follow-up of strategies, plans, and tactics to support the long-term Company Growth Strategy. Coordinate activities and resources throughout the organization. Lead Company’s transactional price management function and ensure effectiveness throughout the pricing process Manage the Customer Relationship Management integration throughout the sales organization to drive existing and new business and increase overall sales. Lead annual Corporate & Business Plan process, development of business objectives and facilitation of initiatives to achieve Company’s commercial objectives. Manage corporate support to Company’s President and the Company Management Team in order to communicate effectively to management, dealers, customers, and industry. Manage the governance process within Company and coordinate activities with Company Trucks HQ, GTX-functions, VFS etc. Participate in the development of Company’s strategic market price position in order to achieve commercial objectives including balancing of channel mix, product mix and market segment share goals. Establish, monitor and follow-up Company’s KPIs and work with team to develop mitigation plans. Facilitate alignment and optimization of resources across US, Canada, Mexico regions to achieve efficiencies in the sales to order process. Support new business development opportunities by creating activities to drive business to a given segment or channel mix. Pilot, implement, and monitor select tactical and strategic initiatives and best practices by leveraging Company Trucks and the Company Group resources in collaborative way. Create and execute sales initiatives that cultivate retail business including the creation of wholesale and retail sales programs, such as special leasing programs, dealer stocking programs, quick build initiatives, and activities targeting select customer segments. Lead internal support of Company’s North American field sales team, our dealers and retail customers through transaction pricing, customer issues resolution, soft product development, lease payment coordination, and other customer and dealer satisfaction elements. Implement Company Group and North American policies, strategies and procedures, and ensure legal compliance at all times. Essential Educational and/or Training Qualifications and Certificates Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree preferred At least 5 years of managerial experience. Preferred Experience and Knowledge 10 years’ experience in heavy duty truck management Other Requirements Occasional travel required. Critical Competencies Truck Channels and Distribution Process optimization, and change management. Strategy and Planning Business case preparation and analysis. Pricing strategies, systems, processes, and analytics. Mentoring and Networking Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Business and Customer Focus Business Acumen Entrepreneurial skills combined with courage and integrity Demonstrated success in the areas of decision-making and team leadership including facilitation of strategic discussions and cross-functional project execution, Good understanding of Company Group’s global structures and processes
