experienced and innovative Product Development Manager with a focus
on Textiles/Apparel in the Tech Services industry. This position is

Responsibilities: Lead the development of new textile/apparel
products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet the company's
high standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and market
competitiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
design, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure smooth product
development processes. Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
tools to manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial
concept through to retirement. Conduct regular market research and
competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product
innovation and improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant
industry standards and regulations. Manage relationships with
suppliers and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective
product development. Use color vision skills to ensure the accurate
representation of products in all marketing and sales materials.
Provide regular updates to senior management on product development
progress, challenges, and solutions. Foster a culture of continuous
improvement, encouraging team members to propose and implement
innovative solutions to product development challenges.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion
Design, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an
advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product
development, preferably within the textile/apparel sector. Proven
experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
Exceptional color vision, with the ability to accurately
differentiate and match colors. Strong leadership skills, with the
ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent project
management skills, with a track record of delivering complex
projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical skills, with
the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into
actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills, with the
ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to a wide range of
audiences. A passion for innovation, with a constant desire to stay
ahead of industry trends and developments. Familiarity with
