Main verticals for PMC include oil & gas transmission and distribution, refining and petrochemicals, and semiconductors.ROLEAs a Sr. Pricing Director at Process Measurement and Control (PMC), you will work closely with product management, field sales and service organizations, and the senior management team to maximize the profitability of Honeywell Process Solutions by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine the price of new products and revise prices of existing products. You will report directly to the VP of Industrial Automation for Pricing and matrix report to the VP and CMO for PMC. Additionally, you will help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the pricing results for Process Measurement & Control (PMC). Partner with PMC general management to deliver price results.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and understand market trends.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on pricing performance and results.
• Manage the price desk organization, processes, and policies.
• Lead the evaluation of list prices and manage contract escalations.
• Ensure consistent reporting and communication regarding pricing changes and performance.
• Implement, track, and report on schedules for executive approval and discount management.
